About

Hi — I'm Lindsey.

Licensed, master's-level therapist and mental health coach. Recovering perfectionist. Firm believer that the right kind of structure makes deep feeling work safer, not smaller.

My story

Why this work, and why this way

I didn't get into this field to hand people a diagnosis and a worksheet and call it a day. I got into it because I kept meeting people — in my own life and in this work — who were doing everything "right" and still felt anxious, still felt stuck in the same relational loop, still carried something in their body that talking alone never touched.

My training is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic approaches, and EMDR, because I wanted tools that could hold both the story and the nervous system underneath it. I'm also a trained Natural Medicine Facilitator, drawn to nature-based and Indigenous-informed frameworks — Colorado makes that easy — and I bring a facilitator's eye for group and community healing work into how I run individual sessions, too: structured enough to build momentum, spacious enough to actually feel something.

What clients tell me

"I've done therapy before, but this is the first time it felt like we were actually getting somewhere." That's the goal, every session.

Outside the therapy room, I create a lot of the psychoeducational tools I use with clients myself — worksheets, workbooks, group content — because I'd rather build the resource I wish existed than hand someone a generic printout.
