Colorado & Nationwide · Anxiety, Trauma & Relationships

Some seasons ask you to survive. This one can ask you to grow.

Innerbloom offers both licensed counseling and mental health coaching for people who are tired of white-knuckling their anxiety, circling the same relationship pattern, or carrying what happened to them like it's still happening. Counseling is available across Colorado; coaching is available anywhere in the US. Wherever you're starting from, there's a way in.

Two ways to work together

Counseling & Coaching

Same specialties, same clinical lens — offered in two different containers, so location and licensure don't have to be the reason you go without support.

Counseling

Licensed Therapy

Clinical, diagnosis-informed treatment for anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns — provided under Colorado licensure.

Colorado only In-person or telehealth
Coaching

Mental Health Coaching

Structured, goal-oriented support using the same tools and training — for anyone outside Colorado, or who wants a less clinical container.

Available nationwide Telehealth only
Good to know

Coaching is not psychotherapy — it doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition, and it isn't a substitute for licensed care if you're in crisis or need clinical treatment. If that's where you are, counseling (or a local provider) is the better starting point. We'll help you figure out which fits during your free consult.

What brings people to Innerbloom

Three places people usually start

You don't need to have the language figured out yet. Most people arrive somewhere in one of these three doors.

01

Anxiety

The racing thoughts, the sleepless 2am spiral, the body that won't get the memo that you're safe. We work with what's driving the anxiety, not just the symptoms on top of it — using practical tools alongside deeper pattern work.

02

Trauma

Big-T or small-t, recent or decades old — trauma lives in the body as much as the story. We move at a pace your nervous system can actually tolerate, using somatic and parts-based approaches alongside talk therapy.

03

Relationships

The pattern that keeps showing up with different faces. Attachment wounds, people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, the partner who feels like a stranger. Individual counseling or coaching focused on how you relate — to others and to yourself.

Book cover of "Find Your Calm in the Chaos: Understand Your Anxiety, Shift Your Nervous System, and Create a Life of Calm from the Inside Out" by Lindsey Kayne, MA, LPC, NMF
From the book

Find Your Calm in the Chaos

You want to get rid of the sleepless nights, panic attacks, and feeling of unease even when nothing is going wrong. You want to access feelings of calm and relaxation more often. You want to be able to attend an event without playing out a bunch of worst-case scenarios in your head, and without getting wound up and shaky. You want to be able to genuinely smile and feel okay — instead of faking it.

So far, everything you've tried has left you feeling like nothing will make a lasting dent in the growing anxiety that leaves you with more questions than answers.

The Weather vs. The Climate

The idea at the heart of the book: a hard anxious day is weather — it passes on its own. What actually changes things is shifting your climate, your underlying baseline, so calm stops being something you have to fight for and starts being where you live.

Get the relief you've been searching for, and deserve.

The approach

Clinical depth, without the clinical distance

Sessions here draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic approaches — not because those words matter to you, but because they shape a room where your anxiety isn't just managed, your trauma isn't just narrated, and your relationship patterns aren't just analyzed. They're actually worked with, in a way your body and your history can trust.

I also lean on nature-based and Indigenous-informed frameworks where they fit — because healing rarely happens exclusively in a chair, and Colorado gives us a lot to work with.

A note from Lindsey

I built my first client worksheets because I couldn't find anything that felt honest about how hard — and how possible — this work is. That's still the whole approach: honest, structured, and built for the season you're actually in.
